Crochet Flower Applique

Crochet Flower Applique is very delicate and beautiful.

You can make it very easy.

This is because the pattern has only two rows.

You can see the written pattern as well as the video.

Thus you can make the Flower Applique even if you are a beginner.

Because I wanted a delicate flower, I made it with pink cotton yarn.

Of course you can make it with any yarn that you like.

Abbreviations of the pattern:

START: ch 5 and make a ring with 1 sl st in the first chain.

Round 1: Begin round 1 with ch 2. Then make 1 dc2tog in the ring (ch2 + 1 dc2tog counts as 1 dc3tog).

Continue with ch 6 and (1 dc3tog in the ring, ch 6) repeat 5 times.

Then 1 sl st in the first dc2tog from the beginning of the round.

Round 2: Begin round 2 with 10 sc around the very first ch-6 space.

Then, (10 sc around the next ch-6 space) repeat 5 times.

Finally, close the round 2 with 1 sl st in the first sc from the beginning of the round.

So, the flower is ready. This means that you can cut the yarn and fasten off.

Note: Instead of 1 sl st you can make a seamless join of round 2 (this is included in the video).
